A very basic question. My new built-in Zanussi oven is supplied without power cable. No problem, just connect to the existing cable used by the previous oven. Snag - new oven has 3 terminals marked 4,5,6. 6 is clearly earth, but which of 4 and 5 are Live and Neutral? No other marking that I can see, and Zanussi themselves just don't want to answer.

Sorry to point out the obvious, but you are going to have to persist with Zanussi or find the instructions on google, as we are just like you, private individuals sitting looking at a forum.
