I installed an LED ceiling lamp a year or two ago and it went out this week. Something is not quite right as it flickered out and then remained dead, although a close look shows that the web of LED lamps are all on but very dim. For a day the lamp 'fixed itself' but has now gone back to being off or at best flickering when I activate the switch. Does it need to be replaced or adjusted? I tried tightening all the connections in case something was loose.

If a lamp fails, the first thing I would try is a new lamp.
