Ceiling rose wiring help needed urgently

Hi all, electrics novice here. Can anyone tell me where I’m going wrong putting up this ceiling light? I’m totally baffled.

I tried typing out the instructions, but I have come to the conclusion that if you thought connecting it as you have will work (You have 3 lights on all the time) then you would be better off getting an electrician to do the job safely for you.
