Hi all, just wondering about something. I have two fuses spurs in HW cupboard (one for CH and one for shower pump). I want to add a socket in this cupboard. Is it safe and legal to spur this off one of these fused spurs? Anything I need to know? Thanks in advance.

No real way to know, in theroy anyone installing electrics should follow rules which will stop a dangerous over load, if overloaded a fuse should blow or another overload device should trip.
But you simply don't know if the rules were followed or not, so can't give an answer.

If you take the new socket off the FUSED side of the existing FCU you can have as many sockets as you like.
You can't take the new socket supply off the incoming side of the fused connection unit. (Without checking and testing first)
