Replacing a 13 amp single socket with a fused connection unit

Good afternoon,
I currently have a surface mounted double 13a switched socket in my bedroom and 1 x surface mounted
13a switched single socket on the opposite wall.
I would like to change the surface mounted 13a switched single socket for a surface mounted switched
fused connection unit and spur with 2.5mm t&e to another surface mounted double 13a switched
socket next to it. From this double 13a switched socket I would like to spur 2.5mm t&e in plastic trunking
through a wooden timber door frame along the skirting board out to the landing area, here I would to
install a surface mounted 13a switched single socket. Would there be any issues, with this proposed new arrangement?
Thank you for assistance.
Kind regards,
Steve

You can not spur from a spur.
However, you could (as you said) change the socket to a fused connection unit, then supply any further sockets from the fused side of this FCU this would be ok. I will leave testing it up to you.
