Bare wiring

Hi.
I've moved into a new place and there are the remains of a wall-lamp hanging from the bathroom wall. There are 3 wires coming out of the wall, only 1 of which is still connected to the lamp.
I want to remove the lamp, not replace it, but am not sure how to make the wires safe once the lamp has been removed. The extent of my electrical knowledge is replacing fuse wire so I would really appreciate some advice!
Many thanks,
Eva.

AS this is part p work and not diy , i would get in an electrician
to ensure correct isolation,
as a bathroom is a area of increased shock risk.
