dimmers on wall lamps

hi, just fitted to wall lamps in the bedroom, one either side of the bed ,both running from the ceiling rose above, and both on an independant dimmer, when the ceiling lights on the dimmers arnt, but when its off they go on. . any ideas anyone?

You have connected to switch wire not neutral in ceiling rose. One black/Blue wire should have red/brown sleeve on it and connect to double connector the other two blacks/blues connect to triple connector and have flex is third hole this it the neutral and wall lights should connect to this block and live in center. Quick check remove bulb in ceiling lights and if wall lights don't work at all I have got it right.
