Ceiling light fitting - what is it?

Hello all.
I've just moved into a new place and need to replace a ceiling light fitting since it is clearly broken and the wires are exposed.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the light fitting is called so I've been having trouble finding a replacement.
Basically, it's a normal ceiling rose (fed with ring cables and switch cable) but it seems to have an integrated light batten lampholder. I can either find ceiling roses or batten lamp holders online but not an all-in-one. Any advice would be appreciated.
I'd like to replace it with the same thing but otherwise I may change the style of lamp to a flush lamp, put a junction box in the roof and just feed one l/n/e cable to the lamp.
Many thanks!
