i need to move a creda storage heater along the wall, round the corner and along a bit!
this will obviously involve lengthening its wires, repositioning it and connecting it back up
how big a job is this?, do i need an electrician? what advice would you give?
thanks!

It wouldn't be the way i would do it personally, but as a diy job i would recomend putting a new longer flex on the heater & clipping it to the skirting board. Don't buy ordinary flex, I'd recommend 2.5 butyl flex. The new wire will go in as the old one came out. Do not attempt to take the heater off it's bracket or move it without carefully stripping it down & removing all the bricks. Put the empty heater in it's new position mark where you need to fix the bracket & assuming it's a brick wall fix it in place with fiber plugs (plastic ones will melt) & at least 4x 2"10 screws. re-build the heater as it came apart.
