Is it permissible to replace a bathroom fan (no new wiring) without requiring part p certification?

also I noticed the advice for a bathroom isolater switch (on a new fan), but my existing bathroom (with fan) does not have an isolater switch. The fan is actually fed of the lighting ceiling rose in parallel - along with the shaver outlet (which took me a while to figure out!). Is this bad practice? would it pass an inspection now? (my house is only 10 years old!)

The isolator is required for when there is no artificial light in the room , so you can still see to service it without turning off mcb and light
