Ceiling light replacement

I have bought a new ceiling light which I want to install. It is double insulated and has a connector block for live & neutral. My existing ceiling rose has 1 earth wire, 2 neutral wires and 1 live. I think this means it is on an old style loop.

Can I simply put both neutral wires into the new light fitting neutral connector block and put the live wire in the live connector block?

The fact you only have one red indicates to me that it is not a loop in circuit, but wired via junction box in single cables rather than twin and earth.
So that being the case you are right to think blacks to neutral side and red live side of fitting.
Also with the light being double insulated I guess there is no earth connetion, but don't cut this cable back, one day it may be need again and as there is no other earth to connect it to! connect it in to connection strip and tape up. using green&yellow insulating tape
