Inset Ceiling Light Transformer Change

Hello Everyone,
I need to replace the transformers for a few of my inset ceiling lights and was wondering if anyone had a link to a post on this site explaining how this was done (cannot find anything using search) or was able to walk me through the process. I've seen it done before so it's mainly a question of how to wire it and any other useful bits of knowledge.
