adding spur to cooker socket

My cooker is on its own ring main to the circuit box but is unused as we have a gas cooker and it is pugged in else where.
Seeing as the curcuit is unused could I use it to put power into a brick shed which backs onto my house, I plan to run 25mm cable from the socket into the shed into a 13A RDC FCU then into 2 double sockets?
I plan to drill directly through the back of the socket onto the outside wall of my house then though rigid conduit into the shed?
the only thing that will get powered for the sockets is a tumble dryer and maybe a light?
