Fence Repair on Existing Concrete Spur - Where to get Similar Fencing?

Hello
I'm new to this forum.
The house I recently purchased have very old fences on one side which are supported by concrete spur as shown in the picture.
The screws of the concrete are rusted and jammed. The fence concrete base is in the same line with concrete spur post.
I want to use the same concrete spur post with the new fence. Any idea what is the best way to do it and where can I buy similar fence ?
