We are about to fit some new fence panels as the old one have been killed by the sun.

The only stipulation is that what ever is used must be clear, they are a light colour and we want to keep them that way.

Is there a UV protection of any kind and will it water proof the wood.

My wife does not like my idea of years of usage, creosote mixed with engine oil, ,ok not a green idea but it worked lol.
