Fence and Decking Treatment and What's the Best Choice

While the suns out i wanted to top up the decking and it's fencing - thought it'd be straight forward till I got to the shop and saw there's decking paint, fence paint, decking stain and decking recovery paint!
I've attached links to 3 pics, could someone suchgest what'd be best to use?
