Advice on Attaching Fence Posts to Concrete Boundary Wall

Hi
I'm looking to contstruct a slatted screen fence, similar to that seen here: https://www.silvatimber.co.uk/fencing/western-red-cedar-wide-slatted-screen-boards-horizontal-fences.html
I was planning to attach fence posts to a boundary wall and then attach the fence panels to the posts.
Could someone advise if it'd be sufficient to attach fence clips (similar to those seen here: http://www.screwfix.com/p/fencing-clips-47mm-25-pack/18728
...and then attach the fence posts to those?
There's no concrete at the base of the wall, so I was hoping attaching the fence posts to the wall itself would give sufficient support to the fence panels. The fence panels would have a gap between them, which would presumably help with the wind passing through
thanks
