Hoping someone can help - the fence post has twisted and as they are cemented in I really don’t want to replace.

Any ideas how I could secure the top of the fence panel ? As if I refix the clip it won’t reach the panel - I’ve looked for longer clips - but really hoping there is a quick solution ?
