CONCRETING FENCE POSTS IN DAMP GROUND

I've got some good info from the site about how to concrete in my fence posts but the ground in question is extremely wet soil. Does this effect the amount of water in my concrete mix? I've heard of phrases like 'dry mix', is this something which may apply?

Many Thanks

You canb reduce the water a little Espie, but its not important. The concrete goes hard through a chemical reaction which can take place in wet ground as well as dry. As long as the concrete is not actually under water which would allow the cement to wash out before it could start the set.
