please advise me on how to solve the problem of standing pools of rainwater due to the roof not slighty pitched to drain properly. can we solve this problem without having to replace the whole roof.

Hi, if the flat roof is properly constructed then small pools of water are not going to be a problem, the roof covering should be completely watertight.
