Fibre glass flat roof

Hi
About 8 years ago I had a flat roof fitted by a 'professional' company and was provided with a 25 year guarantee. The roof now leaks! The company has gone out of business but has 'Phoenixed' under a similar but different name. First of all any suggestions (polite) about my guarantee status would be gratefully received. Less polite about the firm if you wish!
The flat roof of considerable area appears to leak along the horizontal edges where it is stuck down to lead flashing using some sort of waterproofing mastic. The lead flashing itself then carries over from the flat roof through a 45 degree angle to a 45 degree tiled roof below.
I am reasonably adept at fibreglassing and am wondering if there might be a suitable 'purpose built' flashing which I could glass to the roof edge to avoid the horizontal 'weak spot'. Help greatly appreciated
