My concrete roof garage (designed to be a roof top deck) does a great job of collecting water whenever it rains. In the middle, about 10-20 cm (2 inches) or so of water collects every time it rains. I'm wondering if there is a light weight material that I can put down to fill in the ponding area and divert the water off the end of the garage? Or if there are any other possible solutions.

See our flat roofing projects and repairing a flat roof. It would not be a problem to overlay your roof with one of these on the correct size timbers to give your roof the appropriate "fall".
