Ventilation Problem With Ceiling Void

Hiya. I have been renovating our bathroom and started to insulate and put up a new ceiling. Fully insulated the void leaving a 50mm gap and started putting the ceiling up then had to take some insulation down to move a wire. I found the void was covered in condensation and am now looking for a way to ventilate the void.
It's a fiberglass flat roof, there is an air brick either side of the roof into the void but they are mostly covered by the roof joists. There's also a radiator pipe in two of the voids which is bone dry.
I had a look at the soffit outside and it's only about 60mm wide and goes straight into wood so I cant put vents in. Any ideas how to ventilate the space without getting a new roof?
Thanks
