Concerns Over Paint on Asbestos Cement Roof

Hi,
I have a garage that I'm pretty sure has an asbestos cement roof on it. The roof looks in good condition, with no obvious signs of damage. However, there is a fine white dust covering everything in the garage, which I think must be from old white paint flaking off the roof. But I am a bit concerned about it. How can I tell it isn't flakes of asbestos? And is it possible that the paint would bind with the asbestos and release fibres when flaking? I've attached an image in which you can see the the white dust on the boxes to the right.
