My felt garage roof needs replacing. I’m planning to lay a fibreglass roof this weekend. On one side is a neighbours flat garage roof which is felt.

what’s the easiest method for creating a watertight seal between the fibreglass and felt roof?

Your chances of making a direct join are pretty remote due to the material and expansion rate differences. You could try using a shallow glazing bar which would allow you to seal both materials and then fit a cover for protection. This will allow both sides to expand and contract independently.
