New Rubber Cover on Bay Roof - Advice Needed?

Hi,
I've just joined this forum and was after some advice from people who are more experienced than me.
I've recently had a bay roof replaced with rubber cover and have a few concerns with the installation.
The biggest one (there are many) is where the bay roof meets the wall and how should this be finished?
Should there be a membrane corner at this location to stop any water tracking back?
They have also damaged the render removing the lead, so there is a now gaping hole that is surely going to be susceptible to the weather.
