Which is the best underlay to use on a concrete floor, green square boards or the silver sheets, which is best for warmth insulation

You need to have a barrier foam type U/lay on concrete floor to act as vapour barrier between concrete and laminate. failure to put down proper vapuor barrier can result in your nice new floor getting ruined
