Laminate floor over heated tile

Hi,
I currently have a tiled floor in my conservatory which has been laid over a (very) flexible timber floor. Joints have cracked up and even a couple of files have broken due to the flex. There is an electric underfloor heating system under the tiles. My question is, rather than relaying the floor can i take the lazy option of overlaying with a laminate? I am not too bothered about the underfloor heating but will it still have some effect, all be it delayed getting through tiles and timber? Also being a conservaory it gets very hot in summer so is laminate OK in very hot conditions?
Thanks for any help,
