I have moved in my new house, which needs to be redone from top to bottom. The most annoying thing in the house is squeaking laminate floor, it squeaking basically every where. There is an underlay fitted, but the floor itself is not fixed to the base and I think this is the reason for the nose. I am going to put a new floor down, any advise if I could use "Rewmar MS Polymer flexible wood flooring adhesive" or similar to fit LAMINATED floor (not Solid Wood Flooring or Engineered Wood Flooring) to the plywood? Any advise welcome, thank you.

Laminate flooring should not be fixed down. It is designed to expand and contract quite a bit and as such should be fitted with a minimum 15mm expansion gap all round the perimeter. If this gap is not there it may explain the squeaking.
