Hi, i am about to lay a new laminate floor and wooden skirting boards on a tongue and groove floor in my conservatory.Old plastic skirting has been removed and left a narrow gap at the base of the walls.Could you please advise on the pros and cons of fitting the skirting board or flooring first.

you can do either but it looks a better finish when you lay the flooring first and then fix the skirting board
