Making Floor Tiles Antislip - What can I add to the Backing?

by jack32 » Mon Nov 03, 2014 12:35 pm

I have been given some floor tiles. I was going to use them as mats about the house but they are VERY slippy! Does anyone have any ideas of products that could be applied to the backing to prevent slippage?
Thank you.

Hi Jack,
You could try this stuff (but please don't blame me if it doesn't work):

It is tacky so it will cling to most surfaces but not irreversibly.
