Help With Three Way Flooring Join in new Open Plan Living Space

We have recently knocked a wall down to make an open plan living space. This means three floor spaces join in the area shown in this picture:

We have a few of the old dark flooring tiles remaining, but none of the wood effect ones, and no carpet off cuts. We're at a bit of a loss what to do here to best neaten the area up.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Take the grey tiles back to the corner of the smal lpiece of skirting at the foot of the green wall. Cut the timber back to make one long edge .

This now gives you a complete rectangle into which you can insert a 4th type of flooring.

It's impossible to "hide" your alteration,so you can either highlight it or replace one of the floors altogether.
