Dipped floor tiles in hall way came up on survey

Hello, I am in the process of selling my house (1940s ex local authority) and the survey has picked up on a dip in the hall floor. Its always been there and not been a problem.

Pictures attached but it looks like old red floor tiles and what appears to be a drain? This wasn't anything that has been picked up on the survey when I bought the house so I am not sure what it is.

Can I screed over this?

Thanks

yes you can use a self level compound for deep areas up to 40 mm deep
