Thin Floor Screed and how to Build up to Create Slope

Actually I'm abroad and cannot get the information that I want so hopefully someone here can sort for me please
I have bathroom/shower room that the floor has leaked. I have removed all the floor tiles and find that there is no slope. The floor is concrete and the surface is now rough.
I need to build up the floor from 0cm at the lowest point to 3.4cm at the highest point. The room is 170cm by 220cm.
I will then tile over. What can I use to build up the levels. Can I use 1:2 or 1:3 cement/sand mix. I guess that I will need a cement primer. I'm concerned that the mix may not stick to the floor ... thanks
