Porcelain vs Luxury Vinyl Tiles With Underfloor Heating?

Hi, first post so be gentle.
We're having an extension done that includes a new open plan kitchen/dining/living room with underfloor heating. We were all set on having porcelain tiles but a few people have been singing the praises of LVT to us. We spent the morning today with friends and found their tiled floor quite cold (the heating wasn't on). I've read that tiles are best with underfloor heating but wanted to know how well LVT works with it given it seems a bit warmer under foot when the heating isn't on.
All views appreciated but would really like to hear from those with experience of both.
