Hi all,

I have just purchased a property and there are some repair works that need completing on the kitchen floor. I have attached photos of the issue and would like some advice on where to start with the repairs. I have looked around online and it seems like a concrete filler would be acceptable? The hole that can be seen is around 3in deep and 2in wide.

The wooden door frame will eventually be replaced when we have a new back door fitted. It appears as if its been damp for a while and starting to rot. In the mean time can anyone advise the best way to repair this so o can then level it off and get some flooring down.

Cheers

Further to this it seems like the cavity gap is the hole that's exposed between the door frame and the edge of the slab.

Is that the only area with gaps?
