Chrysotile Flooring and Gas Work, Rewire and Damp Course

I have just purchased a 3 bed semi-detached house, 1940-1950's era.
I was made aware by the previous (deceased) owner's daughter (seller) that the property is in need of a damp proof course.

This was looked at by a damp proof specialist this morning who confirmed this, albeit only on certain walls.

A gas engineer later attended and will be fitting a new central heating system throughout the property. Pipes are all above floor throughout.

House is in need of a full rewire so an electrician, known to me, attended after this and pointed out concern around floor tiles in both downstairs living rooms as he believes them to contain chrysotile and states this may be disturbed as a result of a damp proof course. There are signs of moisture on the tiles themselves.

Would anyone with any knowledge be able to advise on how best to proceed?
