First Time Flooring Project Converting Stable into Office

Hi, I am converting an old stable into an office. I am starting with flooring
I have a virtually level concrete floor as a base (less than 1cm decline over 3m) so am going to ignore the decline
The idea is to build a floating floor with timber frame to make sure I get decent insulation
I want to put a DPM sheeting first, up to 18" up the walls. Then construct timber joist frame, add moisture resistant chipboard before later adding underlay and laminate
Forgive the lack of knowledge, but I don't want the flooring to move, so where should I screw the frame in without compromising the DPM by drilling through it? I've been told different things! Does it even need screwing in if I make it a tight fit?
Any help would be so appreciated!!! Thanks
