Differences Between Acrylic and Neoprene Primer?

Hi,
Does anyone know the difference between neoprene primer

And acrylic primer:

I have a concrete floor with an epoxy DPM on top which I blinded with sand (admittedly not enough). The self level compound failed because I stupidly didn’t prime so now I’m lifting and starting again.
The product video for the neoprene shows it being rolled onto a glossy epoxy floor so I assume it’s better for my needs.
