I have recently bought an 11 year old house (built by Crest Homes) that has a cracked lounge floor. I became aware of it due to feeling a slight movement and a clicking noise whereby a small area moves when you stand on it. The largest crack is approximately 3mm, and there are a couple of other smaller cracks.
Can the cracks simply be filled, or will it need a professional evaluation due to the slight movement ?
