Levelling concrete floor for thermal boards and underfloor heating

I'm just about to level a concrete floor ready for thermal boards for underfloor heating. After taking up the old tile floor there's a number of holes around 3-4cm deep roughly 5 -10cm diameter. I've got levelling compound that can go this deep, but should I patch them with something else first. Or should I fill those with levelling compound first, let dry then do the whole floor?

Hi jambi_81
Fill the holes first and let it set, then screed the whole floor.

Hi jambi_81
Not really worth it just use a cement/sharp sand mix.
