Screed on Wunda underfloor heating problem

Hi,
We have recently laid Wunda underfloor heating aluminium boards and lay all the pipes. Yesterday, a flooring company came to lay the Mapei self levelling screed and before doing this they put some primer down. They were in and out within 3 hours. We went out all day and night to leave it to dry and came to it this morning to find it looks wavy all over with what looks like air pockets. No idea what to do, does the screed need removing and starting again? :( is it because they didn't leave primer to dry or something else?
