Limecrete solid floor - any ideas of cost?

Before we seal the deal on a house purchase, we'd really like to get an idea for how much it's going to cost us, based on the recommendation of an independent damp surveyor, to replace our timber floors affected by damp, with a solid limecrete floor.

He said concrete is not recommended for our property (built before 1919).

We're really just looking for ballpark figures in case it is unaffordable and we need to try to renegotiate the purchase price.

There are 3 downstairs lounges that will need this doing, one more so than the other 2.

Measurements are:
4m30 x 3m70cm
5m x 4m
4m65 x 3m55

Thank you!

Hi elnaw30.
If you have suspended timber floors and you have low level vents into the floor area I suggest you renovate with like for like. A solid floor will probably lead to damp walls.
