Best for Grouting Polished Granite Tiles

I am laying Black and Sunrise (white with flecks) granite tiles on a screed floor and have noticed that the dark adhesive has soaked into the lighter tiles leaving a dark stain. I have let them dry for a week and the marks have disapeared. I want to know whether I sould use a special grout on these tiles so as not to seal in another stain? Any Ideas?
