Hey,

Try as a I might I can't find this in the search box.

I am building an extension 6 x 8m, done all the foundations and pouring next week, the architect keeps talking about powerfloating the floor, but Im not sure why? I have a good bull float and there will be a wooden floor or tiles as the covering so can I not just bull float finish and save the need to hire in a powerfloat. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Power floating a floor will give you a better finish, but if your happy to just float it, that's up to you, and not up to the architect
