removal of partial granite wall

I have had a 2000 x 170 x 800 mm hard granite wall to remove in my bathroom. the builders have informed me that this took them 5 hours, but have heard that a non-supporting, non- reinforced wall like this should take roughly half an hour to remove. should i take my builders word for this?
