External Drain Pipes Move for Small Extension

I am having a single storey extension built and want to add a 'conservatory' type building in the space left to one side of the new building and the next door boundary. Its not a lot of space but would house my husbands sauna and steam thing (2m wide x 4m projecting). I only need 2 sides as the rear house wall would form the back and the new extension wall would form another side. BUT, there are drainpipes and water pipes and the main sewer pipe on this wall. I could live with the pipes being IN the conservatory as its purely a utilitarian space, but I'm going to have trouble with the lean-to roof - at least one, or more pipes are going to be in the way of it. I was wondering if any of these pipes can be moved? and if so is they VERY costly/difficult?
