I had a builder build a sun room on my decking but I have tried without success to stop the rain coming through the decking grooves on the inside. I am concerned about rotting decking over time and the sun room collapsing. Is there anyway I can support the wooden but heavy wall that has the French doors, under the decking in case of rot?? Like bearers??

If you can get underneath the decking, depending which way the boards are run you could add noggins or an additional joist.
