Thoughts on this foundation

Hi All,

I am having damp issues on my back wall and water ingress on my party wall, after trying remedial things on my side, it continues.
I now think the cause of this may be the foundation to my neighbours extension/conservatory.

Somebody else saw this and said that foundation is nowhere near deep enough.

The party wall inside runs almost parallel with the pictured wall of next doors extension.
This video shows the void just inside my back wall and how water kind of "bleeds in" The wall to the right inside is the outside wall in the pictures.

I have dug a trench down to my foundation with fall away from the extension, and now I have seen water bleeding through the earth in the trench from under this seemingly poor foundation just as it does on the other side of the wall inside in the void as video'd above.

Apologies for the dark picture but I am still facing the extension wall, just looking down into the trench;

I have observed the water trickle down the trench, it hasn't come up through the earth (V.Heavy Clay)

Who can I get out to do a report and confirm this as my insurance company are being far from helpful.

Hi brianmcintyre
It is difficult to relate all the images you have posted links to however it would appear that you have solid walls and that your neighbours extension is built above the level of your DPC.
Suggest you get in a building surveyor to produce a report. You could try contacting your local BR department and se if they can suggest a suitable person.
