obsolete gas thermocouple

Hi I wonder if you know where i can get a gas thermocouple serial number ear002688? its for a exclusive supreme radiant fire, i rang the company and was told the part isn't made anymore. If i cant find it the fire cant be repaired, and i really cant afford to buy and fit a new one. please help!!!

Thanks for replying, no, apparently a universal fitting wont do, i had it replaced about four years ago and the plumber who fitted it then said i was lucky to have found one, i got it from the manufactures in yorkshire. Just wish i'd got a spare!
